Currently the Somaliland chamber of commerce is managed by an administrative committee comprising of fifteen members elected by the General Assembly. The general assembly on the other hand comprises of all members of the chamber and holds its elections every two years. The chamber has set up specific organizational structures to fulfil its national role:
•    General assembly composed of all its members
•    The Board of directors (adminsitrative committee) of 25 members elected by the               General Assembly including the Chairman and two Vice Chairmen
•    Secretary General
•    Secretariat.
•    Administrative committee composed of 15 members who are elected
